Overview

Ambon-Maluku Islands

The holy place of MUCK dive! !
Where Darwin observed living things for evolution
[Endemic species] [Macro] [Mac Dive]

Located between Papua New Guinea and Sulawesi Island, Maluku State is divided into the South, North and Central Malukus, and is surrounded by the Moluccas, Serum, Banda, Timur and Arafura Seas. Is as wide as the whole Kalimantan Island. MacDive searches for rare and rare species hidden in soft corals and swamps, regardless of the charm of Ambon. This is a treasure trove of rare creatures.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport and is located in front of Ambon’s most famous macro point.
If you’ve ever thought about macros a little, I would like you to take a peek into a new world.

Darwin advocates the evolution of natural selection, which can change to adapt to the environment, produce a variety of species, and survive suitable organisms. Please feel the depth of deep diving.

Seasonality SESONALITY

The dry season is from October to April. In the rainy season, there are wind waves and the transparency becomes extremely poor.

In February, March, and April, the conditions are stable and the transparency is the best, and it is possible to expedite to PINTU KOTA, a point on the Vanda Sea side of the open ocean.

RANDOM FACT

In the early 17th century, there was a base for the Dutch East India Company during the spice trade era. Even now, if you go to the market for a while, there are plenty of nutmegs from the Maluku Islands.
